Last week was long and slightly difficult so it was nice to spend weekend in the countryside. Though we always have lots of work here in our cottage, it´s different. This weekend´s "work camp" included raking and all kinds of gardening. We are starting to prepare the place for summer.

Viimeviikko oli pitkä ja kuoppainen, tulevat viikot hyvin kiireisiä. Lauanatai aamulla oli hyvä herätä mökillä, tuijotella mäntyseiniä, haravoida hulluna ja miettiä taas kesää. Se rentouttaa, siis ajatus kesästä ja hevosista, jotka saamme taas pihallemme pariksi viikoksi. Kesää kohti ystävät hyvät!
If it makes you feel better : we cut the grass, planted flowers and shrubs, cleaned the wooden outside floor, and then... had a good cup of coffee :d A lot of work indeed, but outdoors it feels different, luckily ! Have a nice week ! Marie
